Workouts

I have a strong desire to run. I never have been able to run, but I sure to want to try. I also like to do a little Richard Simmons, some Turbo Jam, and other fun this like that. I hope to track these things here. Or at least the good, the bad, and the ugly.

4/18/12: Walked the wuppies with P. 20 minutes around the neighborhood. It's a start, right?
4/22/12: 27 minutes (I couldn't make it to 30) of circuit training on the Total Gym. No breaks of more than 10 seconds to change positions. Workout consisted of tricep extensions, TG squats and single leg squats, 45 squats, 20 lunges, 20 wall push ups, TG hip abductions, rows, bicep curls, and more.
